Worldwide, equestrian sport is growing. And where there is sport, inevitably there is breeding. Several queries during the years have indicated that there was a need for guidelines, and the Executive Committee and general manager of WBFSH has therefore published a document for this purpose.

For the breeding year 2018 we are now able to publish a WBFSH member statistic report, based on annual reports from our members.

Saturday November 2, the World Breeding Federation for Sport Horses and Longines celebrated the 2019 LONGINES WBFSH Breeders Award for the FEI ranking winners during the LONGINES Equita Lyon Concours Hippique International in Lyon, France

On October 17th in Saumur 82 delegates took part in the annual WHIRDEC meeting arranged by IFCE. The presentation which includes the minutes of the meeting can now be found on our website.

The last show jumping-, dressage- and event show of September is over. That means that the FEI competition year has come to an end and also that the final WBFSH Breeders and Studbooks Rankings will be published. Who are the breeders that will get invited to the LONGINES WBFSH Breeder Awards ceremony in Lyon to be honored for breeding the sport horses in the world?
