STRONGEST YOUNG COLT PREMIUM RING EVER!
The collection of three-year-old colts at the Danish Warmblood stallion licensing in Herning 5th – 8th March was of such impressive quality that the judges predicted that several of them will see a future in international sport. Hopefully, several of them will also become some of the future top progenitors.
As this year’s jumping champion the judges appointed the grey OS bred Le Champ Ask by Last Man Standing / Contender owned by Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen’s stallion station Stutteri Ask. This handsome colt earned 2 x 10 for his jumping technique and capacity.

The fancy moving bay L’Espoir by Lord Loxley / Warkant became three-year-old dressage champion. He is owned by Priess Horses (Lotte & Per Skjærbæk) and Paul Schockemöhle, and achieved a 10 for his impressive canter.
Monday morning the three-year-old colts have begun their ten days observations test at Vilhelmsborg in order to achieve their final approval for the breeding season 2009.
For the third consecutive year the stallion licensing was visited by 53,000 people and did not in any manner suffer from the financial crisis.
