At the Danish Warmblood Elite Show 4th-6th September at Vilhelmsborg, Aarhus, the national foal championships were held with 42 competing foals qualified at regional Danish Warmblood foal shows.
The foals championships are divided into four groups and four champions are decorated with the title Foal of the Year in their respective category. Among the dressage foals the Dutch bred stallions Blue Hors Zack and Tailormade Temptation were dominant sires.
Young sires also dominated the pedigrees of the jumpes foals where the champions were sired by the Holsteiner bred stallions Quinton and Carmargue.
