General Assembly and Seminars 2019

In 2019 Tryon International Equestrian Center in North Carolina, USA will host the annual meetings of WBFSH.

Going to the US in 2019?? Many delegates will look forward to seeing the expansive and impressive showgrounds that hosted the FEI World Equestrian Games 2018.

The dates for our meetings and the General Assembly 2019 in Tryon will be:

Sunday 13th October to Tuesday 15th October, 2019.





THE OVERALL PROGRAMME will be published during summer 2019, but by now the plans are:

Saturday, October 12th:
Admittance to the CSIJ* event at the TIEC premises for early arrivals

Sunday, October 13th:
Welcome Reception (cocktails and hors d’ouerves) for WBFSH attendees at Legends Club or other location at TIEC to be determined.

Monday, October 14th:
Welcome by President of WBFSH Jan Pedersen and by co-owner of Tryon International Equestrian Center Mark Bellissimo

Global View of Breeding, Development, and Identification of Sport Horses

„Bridging the Divide in World Horse Identification and Registration”: Implications regarding EU and non-EU regulations on registrations and traceability on a global scale

Cocktails and Gala dinner hosted by Tryon in Summit Club

Tour and traditional dinner at Historic Biltmore Estate

Wednesday to Saturday, October 16th to 19th:
Multiple possibilities for optional activities, tours, or local sites exclusively for WBFSH GA Attendees as well as attending the WBFSH Pan-American Developing Jumper Championships (Ages 5,6,7)
