Holstein approves 30 young stallions

In addition to the Holstein licensing committee Mr. Achaz von Buchwald and Mr. Jan Pedersen had been invited as guest judges at the 2008 licensing (Photo: Ridehesten.com).
30 colts were approved for breeding at the Holstein licensing in Neumünster today. The licensing committee selected six outstanding stallions for the premium ring and ranked three of them as champion, reserve champion and second reserve champion of the Holstein stallion licensing 2008. The following three premium stallions were not ranked.

Cat. No. 26: Carlo e. Carlos DZ/Salient xx

Cat. No. 34: Cassito e. Cassiano/Reichsgraf
Cat. No. 52: Chin Champ e. Chin Chin/Carvallo
Cat. No. 85: Nektos e. Nekton/Liatos
Champion stallion Cantoblanco by Canto/Carolus I is described as a very complete stallion; expressive, harmonious and well-moving combined with a supple and powerful jump.
