At the General Assembly in November 2007 the new initiative of "Stratigic Plan for 2008-2012" was introduced and the assembly adopted it. As a consequence of the decisions of the General Assemblies in 2008 and 2009, it has been slightly updated. See the plan in full by clicking on the below file.
