Recently, two new basically European groups have emerged, and the WBFSH is actively represented in both; the European Horse Network established in November 2009 during the Equus conference in Sweden and the EEF EU Working Group, which had its first informal meeting in June 2010.

What is the EEF EU working group?
First, EEF stands for EUROPEAN EQUESTRIAN FEDERATION which hs its offices at the Royal National Equestrian Federation in Belgium.

Dr. Hanfried Haring (GER) is President. Elected Vice-Presidents are Ulf Helgstrand (DEN) and Christian Paillot (FRA). Further Board Members are: Andrew Finding (GBR), Manuel Bandeira de Mello (POR), Armagan Özgörkey (TUR), Michal Wroblewski (POL). General Secretary of EEF is Ingmar de Vos (BEL).
