The WBFSH has arranged the World Breeding Championships for Sport Horses (WBCSH) in the three olympic disciplines since 1992, together with the FEI.

The town Verden in Germany hosts, together with the Hanoverian Studbook, the WBFSH Young Horse Championships in dressage for horses aged five and six.
In 2009, the competition took place on August 6th - 9th.
